Andrea Leek- Cox Plate G1 winning trainer.

We would personally love to congratulate Andrea, on the incredible training effort behind Cosmic Crusader’s unforgettable Cox Plate victory at Flemington yesterday.

Andrea is, without a doubt, the hardest-working woman we know. Up before dawn and still out long after sunset, rugging, checking and caring for her horses. She is an exceptional horsewoman who puts her heart and soul into what she does, and there is no one more deserving of these accolades.

A huge congratulations also to Leigh, Chloe and Luca- the incredible stable team working tirelessly behind the scenes. Racing is never a one-person effort, and this moment belongs to you all, too.

To Willie Pike, what a ride! A WA masterclass.

And finally congratulations to the Peters family, thank you for believing in Andrea and putting your trust in a small stable in Nar Nar Goon.

For us, this win means something even deeper. A reminder that the long hours, the sacrifices and all the dreaming of reaching these moments- it’s worth it.

Sometimes, the stars really are within reach. ✨ by @mjl.racing
