Six months from now, you can either have excuses or results. The only thing that determines which one is whether you lock in today and refuse to negotiate with distraction.

Selfishness with your time is not about closing the door on the world — it is about being honest enough to admit that a depleted version of you serves no one. You cannot pour from an empty vessel, and you cannot build something lasting while hemorrhaging your best hours on everything but the work. Choosing yourself first is not abandonment. It is the long game. The people who will truly benefit from your success have not met you yet. by @mjohnsonglobal

Most people think selling is about talking. It’s not.

It’s about knowing that people buy outcomes, not features. It’s about having the confidence to stay silent after you make your offer. And it’s about understanding that every objection is just a buying signal in disguise.

Master those three things and you’ll close more without ever feeling like you’re “selling.” by @mjohnsonglobal

Everything struggle that you’re going through right now is lining you up for a moment that will make you look back and see that it was all worth it. Don’t be discouraged by your struggles, but be built by them into a person that can’t be torn down by whatever is thrown at you. by @mjohnsonglobal
