This year vs last year!

Just remember Rome wasn’t built over night!
You have to have consistency and hard work in order to beat everything else!!!
Once you step foot in that gym and finally decide it’s time to get you’re health in order REMEMBER it’s not a temporary thing it’s a forever thing. We have one life and one body and when that health is gone you’re whole life is gone! My why is, I want to be around for my great grandkids and still be able to chase them and play ball with them, Instead of them just hearing memories about me I want to make sure they live those memories with me!!!

What’s the why for your health?? by @mjs8809

They said when that baby comes you won’t have time for the gym!
Get ready for a dad bod!
No way you can maintain with a newborn!

I like to prove people wrong and prove myself right!!

Mindset shit! Single leg box jump 30”s after a full leg day! Only person that can defeat you, is you!

I attempted this for three years and finally hit it today!

Never give up no matter what life throws at you, because at the end the success you get is so rewarding!
