Hiya folks. Thanks for all the lovely messages lately about both the 50th wedding anniversary and my own 73rd birthday today. Having an amazing run of celebration this week, and over this weekend, hanging with friends in Chicago and doing all the tourist things I never get a chance to do when I’m on tour. New bass day today! 3 gigs this week all outdoor, rain is forecast. Hopefully no rain , I really want to gig this one. It will go to rehearsal tonight . It all started with a #fender Mike Dirnt neck then an opportunity buy of an @mjtagedguitars 51 #precisionbass alder body and I ordered a custom built reverse p pickup in a goldfoil housing from @mjscustompickups and topped off with @rotosound_uk tapewound 88’s . #bass #bassguitar #electricbass by @mjscustompickups
