slowly becoming!! 🌱🪔🌀🧘🏽‍♀️⭐️ by @mkhosla111

A love letter to moving, breathing, and learning in community:

and to the women who have made that community feel like home.

Elena, Ashley, Lia, Ab- thank you for your endless generosity, support, and encouragement. for making room for me and Moonfed, giving me opportunities to bring these ideas to life, and believing in what i’m building even when i’ve struggled to believe in myself.

Moonfed is here because women like you have lifted me up. because you’ve shared your spaces, your knowledge, your time, and your trust. so much of what we shared at phase two began with that kindness.

to everyone who came, especially the Empower community i’ve gotten to know and love: you’ve become such a meaningful part of this journey. i’m constantly inspired by you, and getting to learn, breathe, and move alongside you makes building Moonfed feel all the more special.

phase two was a chance to share something i care deeply about with people who have given me so much.🫶🏽

PHASE TWO: RETURNING TO ROOTS 🌱🧘🏽‍♀️

Announcing Phase Two on today’s New Moon in Virgo feels especially fitting! A moment associated with returning to our rituals, getting intentional about the practices that support us, and beginning again with greater awareness- exactly what Returning to Roots is about.

Before wellness became an industry, it was tradition. Ritual. Community. Knowledge passed down through generations.

On October 10th, we’re gathering @empowerstudiomarlton to explore decolonizing wellness & returning to the roots of yoga, looking beyond how these practices are packaged today to understand where they came from, what they mean, and how we can engage with them more mindfully.

After grabbing some coffee or matcha from the @helwaawii coffee cart, trauma therapist, yoga teacher & Reiki practitioner Lia Stiles of @centeredbodywellnessnj will lead a guided conversation with educational worksheets before bringing what we’ve learned onto the mat for an intentional 35–45 minute yoga flow.

What To Expect:
-Coffee/Matcha by Helwa Awi
-Guided worksheets & resources
-Intentional gifting from aligned brands (more details coming soon 😏)
-Open, guided conversation & yoga flow

More Details:
-OCTOBER 10 · 12:30–2 PM
-@ Empower Studio (plenty of parking!)

Tickets are available through the link in bio, or you can register directly through the @play.date.app!

A new moon asks us to begin again.
For Phase Two, we’re beginning by going back to the roots.

NOURISH YOUR NATURE. RETURN TO RHYTHM. GET MOONFED.

🌀🌛🌀🌛 by @mkhosla111

I created Moonfed because I was, and still am, the person showing up to wellness events searching for answers, education, and community, only to leave with a workout, a goodie bag, and maybe a free energy drink.

For so many women, finding care beyond the traditional medical system isn’t straightforward. Many don’t even know what holistic or functional care can look like, who to turn to, or how to build a care team that considers the mind, body, and soul together.

I don’t want Moonfed to be another aesthetics-first wellness community. Education comes first. The cute drinks, goodie bags, and social hour are the bonus.

My goal is to connect women with licensed and certified practitioners, tangible resources, and other women navigating similar experiences so you leave with more than products. You leave with knowledge, connections, and somewhere to go next.

And we’re starting with Phase One: Root Cause Remedies.

This Sunday, August 16 from 11AM–1PM, Nicole from @innerlume_healing will lead an hour-long workshop on holistic care practices, including live muscle testing with volunteers (which could be you!).

Afterward, we’ll move into a social hour hosted by @eatgoodbeet, where you can connect with everyone over your choice of three custom @getmoonfed x @eatgoodbeet functional lattes.

You’ll also leave with a wellness goodie bag featuring thoughtfully selected, mission-driven brands with nourishing products.

Come for the education. Stay for the connection. Leave with resources you can actually use.

Nourish your nature. Return to rhythm. Get Moonfed.

Spots are limited! Tickets are available at the link in bio.
