Dubai fed me well and I have zero regrets. 🖤 What I drank however… we don’t talk about that. 😭

I am a firm believer of striking a balance, work hard and eat clean 80% of the time and the other 20% is vibes!

I prioritised protein, veg and fibre where possible and where it wasn’t possible, WELP 🤷🏿‍♀️

Two weeks off and I was genuinely anxious to walk back into the gym. Nobody talks about that bit. 😭

Here’s how I made it easier for myself:
1️⃣Favourite session not hardest session
2️⃣ No pressure on weights or times tonight
3️⃣ Just show up and move

The only rule about coming back after a break is that you actually come back. 🖤
