#TodayatApple Day 2 was one for the books.

The day before, we hit the streets and captured the city through our new framework we went over. Day 2, we took those images and brought them to life, creating cherry blossom collages on iPad with @chrispyrate leading the session. Watching everyone transform their photos into something entirely new was special.

Huge shoutout to @chrispyrate for bringing his vision and world-class artistry to the room. From D.C. to Japan, this man’s work speaks for itself, sharing a stage with him at Apple Carnegie Library was an honor.

Thank you @jb_vogue for capturing these special moments. And thank you to the entire team at @apple for trusting us with this platform.

My camera roll is overflowing with pics, maybe they’ll make an appearance…stay tuned for more! taken in Apple Carnegie Library by @mkselassi

#TodayatApple Day 1 was incredible, just as promised.

Proud to partner with @apple @chrispyrate for this one. We talked about developing both your mindset and skillset through a fun new framework, then went across the street to capture images before coming back for a show-and-tell and Q&A.

I have so many photos in my camera roll with friends, family, and new faces, and I just want to thank everyone who came out and helped make the event such a success. Huge thank you to the whole team at @apple for making it all possible.

Thank you @jadaimanim for capturing these. taken in Apple Carnegie Library by @mkselassi

Ironically I broke IG’s community guidelines by serving the community…go figure! But here we go again…

From panels to portraits, it’s been a whirlwind of meaningful moments. I had the honor of speaking at my alma mater, @bowiestateuniversity , mingling with leaders at the HBCU honors event sponsored by Rémy Martin & @jahlielthurman , and capturing the essence of innovation with headshots for @eritreansintech. Swipe left to see the faces behind the future… and mine, because why not? Putting community first, one click at a time. taken in Washington D. C. by @mkselassi
