I was late to F45 class today. It was a busy WFH day that I almost bailed and be a no-show. I felt tired physically and mentally. I wanted to just crash and take a nap.
But, I forced myself to get off my butt and go. The full-body circuit training workout was challenging, but it was definitely a workout I’m so glad I went. I felt so much better as soon as I started the exercises.

Next time you don’t feel like or have enough energy to workout, this is an encouragement to push through and go! (unless you’re feeling sick, of course) Suck it up for that 45-60 min. In order to make a change, we have to show up for ourselves.
