Editorial isn’t stiff. It’s stillness with intention.

We didn’t pose them so much as place them. A staircase, a doorway, a pool of window light — and then the simplest direction there is: walk to the window, and stop when you get there.

Everything good happens in the space between the instruction and the photograph.

Alina & Mikhail’s Wedding | 09.06.25

Our Bride Alina looked absolutely breathtaking on her wedding day - the kind of bride who lights up every moment. Each detail came together to capture not just how stunning she looked, but the excitement and joy of a bride about to begin her new chapter.

Kumu ran back for one more look. We’re still not over it. 🤍
Documentary-style storytelling means we don’t ask for the moment — we just catch it when it happens.

Still so obsessed with this beautiful celebration! There’s something about seeing these little video moments that brings all the energy, movement, and emotion of their day right back to life. 🤍 A big shoutout to my video partner in crime @mlane.studios for being the best cinematographer!

Arjun & Saadhvikka 🤍

We photographed their engagement session at The Met Cloisters — medieval stone archways, the Cuxa cloister colonnade, garden light filtering through Fort Tryon Park — and now they’re married. Congratulations, you two. It’s been such a joy watching this story go from a quiet afternoon in Washington Heights to a wedding day.

If you’re planning a Met Cloisters engagement session in NYC, this is why we love it: the arched walkways give you soft directional light almost all day, the gardens change completely with the season, and you get Hudson River views without leaving Manhattan. Go early on a weekday, bring a change of outfit, and give yourselves time to walk the grounds.

Swipe through their day 🏛️
