Maddie Sanford 🏢 Leasing Professional + Licensed Realtor 👩‍👧‍👦 Mom of 2 📣 Cheer Mom ☕ Sharing the real-life chaos 📍 San Antonio, TX

POSTS STORIES REELS

Well, hey there! 👋💕 If you're new around here, welcome to the chaos!

I'm a single mama of two amazing (and occasionally feral) kiddos, a leasing professional, a professional overcommitter, and a woman who apparently believes there are 37 hours in a day. 😂

Around here, you'll find a little bit of everything.

💕 Motherhood — the sweet moments, the emotional ones, and the ones that make me wonder how two tiny humans can generate so much laundry, noise, and attitude. 😂

🏡 Working mom life — because balancing a career, two kids, and approximately 600 commitments is apparently my idea of a good time.

🛍️ Bargain hunting, side hustles, and finding creative ways to stretch a dollar. Because in THIS economy?!

🏀 Sports, family adventures, and making memories with my babies while they're still willing to hang out with me.

🦝 And occasionally, you'll meet Roxy. She's my slightly unhinged raccoon mascot, and honestly, she's just me with fur and fewer responsibilities.

Some days we're absolutely crushing it. Some days we're holding it together with dry shampoo, a Dr Pepper, and sheer determination.

But through all of it, I'm learning that life doesn't have to be perfect to be pretty dang wonderful.

I'm just a mama doing her best, laughing through the ridiculousness, celebrating the little victories, and trying to raise two good humans who know how to be kind, stand up for others, and leave this world a little better than they found it. ❤️

So whether you're here for the laughs, the mom moments, the bargains, or just to watch whatever chaos unfolds next, I'm glad you're here!

We're sharing the chaos AND the wins around here. 💕

Hi new friends! I'm Maddie. 👋 I'm a leasing professional, realtor, mom of two, and cheer mom navigating work, parenting, and everything in between. I'm sharing the chaos, the wins, and all the real-life moments along the way. Thanks for being here, however you found me! 🥰 by @mls.maddie

I ordered my 2027 planner on Amazon and missed a small detail about it when I was picking from the different cover options.

Dawn Sanford reminders everywhere and I'm thankful for it! IYKYK! 🐦🐦

Let me tell you, watching my girl color away while singing along to worship songs made my mama heart so incredibly full.

There's something so special about knowing she's listening and learning just how loving, compassionate, and full of grace Jesus is. All the things I hope she carries in her own heart and shares with the world around her. ❤️

Sometimes it's the simplest little moments that mean the most. 💕

And the second picture is purely because when my boy says, “Mom, take my picture!” you don't ask questions. You don't hesitate. You just pull out your phone and document the moment.

Even if he's posing on a giant red ball outside Target. 😂❤️

Because these photo opportunities are RARE, and mama isn't missing one! 📸

Halloween had its moment. Now somebody hand me the lights, Mariah Carey, and 47 storage totes.

A little Halloween chaos with my favorite people! 🎃🧡👻

One more year of costumes, candy, and memories with these two. They're getting bigger, their personalities are getting bigger, and somehow the candy expectations are getting bigger, too. 😂🍬

Wouldn't trade these crazy, chaotic, sugar-filled adventures for anything. Happy Halloween from Maddie & Co! 🖤🧡

Did I plan to buy myself two Halloween costumes? Nope. But then my daughter said, 'Match me', and suddenly I’m all in. Tell me your guesses.

When Daphne and Velma are trying to take their jobs seriously, but Scooby is just here for the vibes. 😂🐾

Some mysteries will never be solved… like how we get any work done around here! 💜🧡

One minute we're leasing apartments, the next we're investigating suspicious activity. 😂🔎

Nobody panic. Mystery Inc. is officially on the clock, and we've got a whole lot of meddling to do! 💜🧡💚🐾

Somehow I've collected more red-headed wigs than any one person will ever need in their lifetime. This beauty's still in the wrapper; she might as well be joining witness protection. Guess who I'll be dressing up for on Friday! 💜🧡💚🖤
