✨Junior Recital✨

This season of voice has been the most challenging yet most rewarding. There have been many struggles and ups and downs, yet many breakthroughs.

I truly couldn’t have made it through without the best teacher, therapist, mentor, and best friend. Trosper, thank you so much for everything. You have taught me so much more than you know and have seen me through the good, bad, and ugly! It has been such an honor and privilege being your student for the past 4 years and I’m excited to continue working with you!

To my lovely accompanist, who also just happens to be my dad, thank you so much for your love and support! You have encouraged and helped me so much! It has been a blessing working with you and being your daughter!

Lastly, thank you to everyone who came and cheered me on! It meant so much to me that you guys were there and I wish I could have gotten a picture with you all given each of you a hug.

It is such a hard and scary thing letting go and stepping out of comfortability, but man, it is so rewarding. I have nothing but gratitude and am overwhelmed by joy.

What a year!

•Christmas Tour
•Leading Worship in multiple different places
•Fellowships with old and new friends

There were many blessings, many lessons learned, many hardships and heartaches, many joyous moments, many gains, many losses, many doors closed and many doors opened. Each memory and each person I got to share these memories with are such a blessing and gift that I thank God for every single day! As I go into this new year, my prayer is very simple; that I would always see Christ and His faithfulness, goodness, and mercy, no matter where I am or what the circumstances are.

“Count it all joy, my brothers, when you meet trials of various kinds, for you know that the testing of your faith produces steadfastness. And let steadfastness have its full effect, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing.”

Tonight, a chapter that has been open for 7 years has come to a close. I stepped down as a Youth Worship Leader/Director, and it truly was bittersweet. I am so incredibly grateful for the time I got to spend which each of these guys. They have been such a big impact and part of my life and I will forever and always be thankful for each of them and love them dearly. I am so blessed I got to not only lead students in worship, but also mentor to some of them. Tonight might have been hard saying goodbye but I know that as this door closes, God is going to open another one and I’m so excited to see what God has in store! I also can’t tell you how proud I am of each of these guys and how excited I am to see how God uses them throughout their lives.

What a beautiful day worshipping the risen King! So thankful I got to spend this Easter with my family and church family! I have nothing but praise and thanksgiving for the countless blessings Jesus has given me.

A miracle happened this past week❄️

I am just so incredibly blessed to have experienced such a beautiful sight and to experience it with the sweetest people. Walking around the snow just constantly reminded me of God’s wonders and beauty. There are no words that can describe the way I felt. I was just in awe of it all of in awe of God. I just love Him so. Thank you, Lord for this blessing. by @mlw2023

Voices 21

All I can say is what an amazing year it’s been. I am so thankful for the all of the opportunities that I got to experience and the family that I gained. I have learned so much during Voices 21, whether that was musically or spiritually. I became so close with, truly, some of the greatest people ever. I grew deeper in my faith and walk with the Lord. So all I can say is thank you.

Thank you Voices for mentoring me, for becoming my second family, for helping me whether it was carrying me in a parking lot because I twisted my ankle or with my great fall down the stairs and with experiencing many different stores for the first time ever. And thank you for loving me and all of my weirdness. Thank you God for putting these wonderful people in my life and teaching me incredible things. Thank you for the opened doors and even the closed doors. Thank you for your faithfulness and grace.

I have nothing but gratitude and joy in my heart. What an incredible journey this has been. I love you guys so so much. Thank you for everything!
