The women of Athena's Arena have endured heartbreaking, deeply human trials, and from those depths they rose. They push. They inspire. They are all of us.

Athena’s Arena Round 2! Very proud and very surprised with my performance. Getting sick the week before comp isn’t a great training strategy😂

Deadlift: wanted the fist two bars and got all three
Sandbags: wanted all 4 bags, have never picked 200 that fast before
Clean and Press: 143 for an almost 10 lbs PR
Fingals: wanted 4 flippity flips and got those 5
Stones: got all 4 stones which was the goal!
