I normally just post my Work on my story ,because I try not to seek validation from likes . because the truth is all you gotta do show your body parts on Insta and you’ll get so much likes ,so like don’t mean your ish is good .I’m so grateful for the everyone I train and teach , I had to do a end of year post .this year has been a hard year for myself in many different ways and truthfully without everybody I’m teaching just being so wonderful, it took the chip off the edge .I’m grateful for every single person that believes in me as their coach.i’m not one of these coaches that has to surround their self with people that already winning everybody has a winner inside of them. I’m just here to help you tap in to your inner winning self.martial arts for me is more than just Fitness and self-defence is a spiritual journey ,it not so much discovery is a journey of recovery is a journey of uncovering your own inner nature.I wish everyone peace/ prosperity in abundance, love & light.I’m looking forward to next chapter.anyone that wants to come and join. it’s hard to be a good coach in real life and on social media.
