Best 5 minutes Romesco steak recipe for impatient people

[Ingredients]
• 1 MM Beef Steak
• Butter
• Paprika
• Walnuts
• Balsamic Glaze
• Olive Oil
• Smoked Paparka Powder
• Orange
• Optional garnish (such as olives or pickled vegetables)

[Directions]
1. Char the paprika with a kitchen torch.
2. Sauté the walnuts, chopped paprika, and balsamic glaze.
3. Transfer everything to a blender and blend until smooth.
4. Add chili powder (and season to taste if desired).
5. Pan-sear the MM Beef Steak with butter. For extra flavour, finish it with a kitchen torch.
6. Spread the Romesco sauce onto a serving plate.
7. Slice the steak and place it on top of the sauce.
8. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and olive oil.
9. Garnish with olives (or your favorite garnish).
10. Torch an orange wedge, squeeze the juice over the steak, and enjoy! by @mmbf.co

Steak night, but make it plant-based 🌱🥩✨

I partnered with Millennial Marbles to try their plant-based steak alternative made from fermented mushrooms and soy protein and the texture and flavor really gave that steakhouse experience. 👏🏾

I paired it with creamy mashed potatoes and homemade chimichurri, and let’s just say… the plate did NOT disappoint. 😮‍💨🔥

Plant-based eating doesn’t mean missing out on the foods you love sometimes it just means trying them a little differently. 💚
