Consistency is the name of the game, not perfection.

6 months ago I became a full time entrepreneur and this time around, I have accepted perfection is an experience, not the goal, that comes with time, dedication, and patience. However, the most important thing about it, is the impact of time.

To keep it a buck, I have held so much in waiting for perfection and it robbed me of my joy. I overwhelmed myself with decisions to make, procrastinate trying new things out of fear of failure, and hesitated more times than I would like to admit to.

Delay is costly. If we don’t start now, time will never show us the difference, but regret will become the burden and bill we carry with us.

The best things in life don’t start perfect, they get better. Post it, refine it, do it again, and keep going.

VOLUME ON 🔊 Here is how you can overcome your frustration about not being where you thought you would be in less than 60 seconds.

1. Exhale : release the current tension you are holding
2. Inhale: introduce fresh oxygen into your body
3. What is something that you appreciate having today that you didn’t think you would ever have or have experienced 5 years ago?
4. What could having grace feel like to you today? Use the wheel of emotion if you need to give the sensation you are feeling language.

Thankful to be a part of Breathe with Nastrah at the Prospect Park last weekend, brought to you by @mmctribe

Grounding with Nature is one of the simplest ways to realign with ourselves.

The Earth carries a natural energetic field rich in negative ions that can help reduce inflammation, calm the nervous system, and balance the excess positive ions that accumulate from many aspects of modern living.

Long hours sitting indoors, excessive screen time, processed foods, limited sunlight exposure, and even the rubber soles that separate our feet from the Earth can all contribute to a sense of disconnection over time.

Most of us have experienced this to some degree. The journey back into harmony with Nature isn’t about perfection—it’s about intention. It’s a gradual process of remembering what our bodies, minds, and spirits have always known.

This is our Tribe outside 🌿

Recap photos from our Sunset Breathwork gathering in Brooklyn. We laughed, we created art, and gave our nervous system the break it asked for.

Each person, regardless of how the day went, the journey to our meeting spot, or current mood, as soon as they arrived, they were invited to exhale.

To welcome the present moment.

@kromantea provided the herbal tea packs and @phoneticwisdom provided us with a nourishing sound bath

We are honored to have curate the first installment of this experience and look forward to doing it again soon.

I take credit for nothing. I do the work.

March 2026 made 7 years in my business.

7 years of trial and errors. 7 years of not knowing how. 7 years of doing it anyway because I couldn’t let the vision die in my dreams alone. I want it to live in reality. I wanted to give it air.
