truth is that most of my 2025 was definitely NOT rainbows and butterflies like I would normally portray on here. I used to be really good at that. Making it out to be as though it was all groovy on here, but be screaming on the inside. 2025 has taught me more than I care to admit. 2025 broke me in several ways, it challenged me, it slapped me RIGHT in the face and showed me all of what still needs healing, how much growing and most importantly maturing I have yet to do, cycles and generational trauma that I need to break. I met people who became my mirror, that taught me so much and most importantly, to not forget to always show up authentically. 2025 may have broken me, but it sure as FUCK opened my eyes.. and as 2026 approaches - and I swear to GOD I hope it’s nothing like 2025 has been - all I can hope for and ask for is a year of peace , healing , hard work and showing up in the most authentic version of Meli possible. In saying that, I’m grateful for what this year has taught me, for the people that I have in my close circle, for the pure love and support I still have around me even after being so absent and for just simply still being here, existing.
That’s all, hope I didn’t bore you with my rant. by @mmeliiii
