i've been waiting an entire year to share @rachelbochner's album with the you. guys, it's finally out!!

we met rachel last fall after she had just finished recording what was to be her debut album. it was poppy, rocky, raw, and really fucking catchy—it was love at first listen. 12 months later, i am SO pleased to share the breakup/existential crisis/self-actualizing album of my dreams and her reality. and to introduce you to an artist who deserves all her flowers.

i wanted to get back into management in large part so i could help mentor and uplift the next generation of women in music. what i didn't expect is what those women could actually teach me so much about hard work, creativity, passion, and tenacity. also, turns out an album rollout is a lot of fucking work!!!

rachel is a force, and this album is amazing. listen to it. link in my bio. x

P.S. also she's going on tour next week lemme know if you want to see her!!! by @mmikrib

long-overdue appreciation post for @latenightthoughts.music , who's new EP came out friday. the last 9 months working with them has been an absolute whirlwind and a joy, and i can't believe what they've accomplished. here's a few examples, big and bigger:
1. finished this incredible EP
2. sold out mercury lounge
3. got 12M plays on a single song
4. went from a couple hundred thousand to 1.8M monthly listeners on spotify
5. had their song played in a stadium for the first time
6. signed with UTA for ww representation
7. got booked on some huge festivals
8. finalized an amazing deal for their first LP
9. impressed me every day with their thoughtfulness, drive, kindness, raw talent, and truly beautiful friendship.
i could name 90 more things, but let's just wait and see what comes next. can't wait. by @mmikrib

i hadn't. but this video was inexplicably in my drafts from 6 months ago. idk.
