Meet Julia, our final featured Pre-Professional dancer! A longtime MDT dancer, Julia reflects on her experience over the past few months: “The pre-professional program is helping me become a more confident dancer. What has surprised me is how a few more classes a week have helped me develop as a dancer. It is challenging and very rewarding.” Through five additional hours of training each week, along with personalized coaching and mentorship from renowned guest artists and MDT faculty, MDT’s Pre-Professional Program provides dedicated young dancers with opportunities to strengthen their technique, develop their artistry, and grow in confidence. We’re so proud of Julia and all she has accomplished throughout her decade at MDT. We can’t wait to see what’s next for you, Julia! Photo credit: @angelasterlingphoto by @mndancetheatre

It’s also given me the chance to grow and improve as a dancer with more one-on-one focus.” It’s an honor to have you as part of this cohort of dancers, Lorelei, and we can’t wait to see where dance takes you 💗 Photo credit: @brianneblandphotography by @mndancetheatre

As a former dancer, TCO Physical Therapist Maryann Johnson truly understands what dancers put their bodies through. That first-hand experience allows her to connect with dancers and provide care tailored to their unique needs, both on and off the stage. We're proud to partner with @mndancetheatre and help keep its talented artists moving through our new Minneapolis – Therapy location, which serves the entire Twin Cities dance community. by @mndancetheatre
