One year down, forever still to go...This year brought growth, healing, tears of every kind, and so many beautiful moments in between—but most of all, it was filled with endless love and laughter. Through every high and every low, there’s no one else I’d rather dance through life with. Happy anniversary my love🤍✨🪩 by @mo.dasch

✨One year since I found my new spin home instructing @cyclebar_denver ✨ 2025 had its high highs & its low lows but this dark room with loud music & bikes that go nowhere (yet somehow everywhere), got me through it all ♥️ Cheers to many more dance parties, shenanigans, & miles to come with the best spin fam! SEE YA EVERY MONDAY 6:30 PM & WEDNESDAY 5:15 PM 🚲✨♥️ taken in CYCLEBAR by @mo.dasch
