London Marathon 2026, one to remember.

Ran two marathons in one week… and honestly, breaking my PB was the last thing on my mind.

After running the Manchester Marathon, I felt like I gave it everything I had. I wasn’t even sure I could run fast again at the London Marathon.
Everyone told me: “Just enjoy the vibe.”

So that’s what I planned to do.
I spent the whole week recovering — resting, eating well, sleeping right.

But the day before the race… I felt exhausted.
I told myself: just run and enjoy it.

Then the race started.
At 10K… I was already feeling tired.
My glute was tight.
At 15–20K… something shifted.

I thought: maybe I can push… maybe I can keep going.

From 20K to the finish — I honestly don’t even know how I held it together.

At 38K… I was DONE.
My body was shutting down.
My legs didn’t want to move.

But my mind?
It refused to quit.

The crowd lifted me. The energy was unreal.
And then I saw my coach @claude_runs in the last 2K — cheering me on.

That moment gave me everything I needed.

I held my pace.
I fought to the finish.

And somehow… I broke my PB.

With the history made at the London Marathon and my own experience of the race, I’ve come away inspired and hungrier than ever. Thank you London by @mo3axx
