Last weekend I competed in my first ever bodybuilding show at the @npc_northeast and it’ll be a weekend I’ll never forget. Over 5 months of work and discipline that all lead up to one day and only a few mins on stage is definitely not for everyone but I loved every second of it. Those days I was doing 85 mins on the stairs at 6 am I asked myself what am I doing why am I torturing myself to do this right now, and other people will say why’d you do all this just to not win? Of course I wanna win but that was never my main goal going into prep, I did it all to beat the old me and prove to myself that I can set my mind to a goal and do exactly what I said I’d do, be in the best shape of my life not just physically but also mentally by killing my bad habits and locking in on my goals and growing as a person. I wanted to be unrecognizable not only physically but in all aspects and I can easily say I did that and then some. This journey has taught me so much about myself that I can’t be more grateful to experience. I love this sport and I definitely can’t wait to blow this look away the next time I hit the stage, but for now it’s time to grow.

Thank you to all my people that showed up to support me on my day ❤️💪🏾 This day would not have been the same without the fam there to make it that much better!! Y’all took the entire day to just chill with me and share this moment with me and I’m grateful for that! Thank you to everyone that hit me up and wished me luck and congratulated me on the show!!
