On Wednesday July 22nd from 19:00, we’re hosting a Digital Journal Making workshop with mo Futures @mo_futures inside the Internet is a Real Place installation. This workshop offers space to think, talk and create around our connections to and through cyberspace.Β  In this workshop, mo Futures invites us to consider how our digital existences shape the ways we remember, archive, dream and tell stories. Through writing, dialogue and the practice of collage, we will be exploring questions around our usage of the internet, what we bring into these worlds and how we would want our connections to the digital to feel and look like. The workshop will consist of free writing using prompts, sharing some thoughts and using (screenshot) archives to make analog collages.Β  We invite you to bring pieces of your digital life into the space: screenshots, archival photographs, songs, receipts, cables, keyboards, music or unsent messages. This workshop offers space to write, talk and create around our connections to and through cyberspace.
