September 1996 Just Days Before #2Pac Was Shot I Was Transferred To My New Group Home "Abbott House" Irvington, New York... When I Stepped Into The Dorm (Unit D) Some Random Niggas Approached & Asked Where I Was From, & I Proudly Said "HARLEM".... Them Same 2 Brooklyn Niggas Turned Around & Yelled; "Yo Go Get Leonis, He Said He From Harlem!!" Seconds Later This Scrawny Nigga With The Waves Spinning Came Out & Said "Nigga Where You From?" I Said Lenox Ave Delano. INSTANTLY You Had The Biggest Grin Screaming To The Dorm Yea "Harlem In The House" (90s Lingo)... You Asked Me If I Knew Mad Different Niggas Most Names You Mentioned Were The Same Men Who Join Me Today In Mourning Your Death. We Built Such A Solid Bond Instantaneously, The 1st Nigga I Ever Seen Put Dax/Nunile Wave Grease In The Microwave... Every Jordan/Penny That Dropped U Was The 1st Nigga In The Dorm With Em... You Would Run Away, Get Your Hand On A Bike & Dead Ass Ride Down To Harlem...smh LoL. I Remember That Basketball Game In White Plains Against Some Local Kids, & I Got That Plaque For Scoring 25Pts & It Was Because You Kept Dime'n Me The Whole Game!!! Penny/Shaq Shit. You Made Growing Up In The System A Bit Easier. We Really Held Each Other Down Up There....
As My Eyes Water While Penning This, I Just Need To Let You Know Slime That You Were LOVED. You Are Survived By Two BEAUTIFUL Kids Whom I Know U Loved Dearly As They Do You... Aside From The Many Pics & Videos You Leave Behind It's Your CHILDREN Who Will Be The Most Potent Evidence Of Your Existence....
LEE....LEE....LEEEEE You Were Like A Vital Artery To The Body Of Our Brotherhood. People Are So Shocced By This Because Your Personality Was So Infectious, You Were Such A Rarity, You Always Made An Impression. Witty, Funny As A Mutha Fucca, Brutally Honest, & More Than Anything You Were Unapologetically YOU!!! Outspoken Is An Understatement.
Salute To The Skinny Nigga With The Slicc Ball Handle, & The Sturdiest "Al B" I Ever Seen! I Love You Lee, I'm Glad I Knew You My Nigga. Go With God, May Your Soul Be Received With Open Arms By The Most High. You Will NEVER Be Forgotten Slime & That's A "BIG ASS F"!!!*
