WHAT EVEN IS A MOBOT? 👀
Spoiler: It’s not your average water bottle.

It’s your post-workout BFF. Your tight-hamstring hero. Your hydration + recovery all in one. 💧🔥

We’re breaking down the magic of the award-winning MOBOT — because your foam roller wishes it could do this much.

🌎💧 THIS IS BIGGER THAN A WATER BOTTLE.

At MOBOT, we’re not just here for your sore muscles — we’re also here for the planet.

Every bottle-roller hybrid we create is a rebellion against overconsumption. Made from 100% recycled, non-toxic, BPA-free materials, MOBOT is designed to replace single-use plastics and bulky gear.

One tool. Infinite purpose.

Because real wellness isn’t just about your body — it’s about your impact.

♻️ Durable by design
🌿 Built for function and sustainability
🧘‍♀️ A daily reminder to slow down, do less, and move with intention

By integrating hydration and recovery into one durable, eco-friendly product, we’ve saved over 700 million single-use plastic bottles from landfills and waterways.

Join us in this movement towards sustainable wellness. Choose less, do more, and make every sip and roll count.

Something shifted this weekend 🪐
Not just in the techniques, but in the trust that started forming underneath them.

This is what Remembrance looks like.
Reiki stops being an exercise.
It starts showing up in the in-between moments.

Under the trees.
After class was already over.
In spontaneous circles of hands + intention.
In play, curiosity, sound, and little moments of joy.

This is what happens when you take people out of a classroom
and place them on the land 🌅

They stop asking if they’re “doing it right”
and start trusting what they feel.

These are the hands that will go on to hold others 🙏

Special love to @littlewordsproject for continuing to leave little reminders of belonging with our students 🤍
and @mobotnation for keeping us hydrated + giving our bodies some extra love after long days of learning, practicing and receiving.
