This was a huuuuge dream come true with the incredible London Community Gospel Choir & Heritage Orchestra, and I’m so proud to have written the orchestra and choir arrangements for this. What an honour to paint with these epic musical colours!

Wohoooo so so grateful for this placement of ‘Run For The Hills’ on the trailer for Harold and the Purple Crayon! And I couldn’t be happier to finally share this one with my OG dream team @happytarlton and @bmunromusic who both deserve this soooo much, I’ve been waiting for this day and I knew it would come!! 😁🙏 Patience, patience , patience! 😌

Very happy to share that our short film LIGHTHOUSE has been selected for the 23rd FECISO – Festival Internacional de Cine Social in Spain!

My wife @iamsaharnouhi wrote & directed this beautiful film and I’m proud to have scored the music for it and co-produced it alongside her, my new favourite boss in the world 😁❤️

This film is deeply personal and tells a story inspired by the women-led protests in Iran - exploring grief, identity, belonging and hope.

Thank you to the FECISO Festival for believing in our work. We can’t wait to share Lighthouse with the audience in Toledo this October and with YOU as soon as possible. 🙏

Thank you all for the birthday wishes yesterday! 🙏 It was a calm & beautiful 41st birthday… after the sudden passing of a dear friend of ours a few weeks ago that really shook us all up deeply - I am pausing to reflect even more this birthday weekend, giving thanks for this wonderful life, for love, for health and particularly my mental health.

Take care of yourself, be kind to yourself and others every day… say YES to spending time together while you still can… but also rest enough and nourish your body, mind and soul. Make time to love and be loved, truly everything we need is already within and around us if we are still and open enough to experience it… Meditaaaaate and breaaaaaathe every daaaay…
I am grateful for every moment I am fully present with my girls, witnessing their unstoppable growth in real time… I am grateful for my wonderful wife and best friend Sahar, for being able to spend my birthday with both my parents, and for my whole family & friends around the world. For NATURE. For MUSIC. For comedy in dark times, for shared joy and grief… for human connection.
And I am grateful for y o u reading this on here, it’s a pleasure to be alive at the same time as you. 😁😍 Thank you for being here.
