POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Updated 2025 Reel 🤘
This will definitely be the last year I keep to my rule of new footage only 💙❤️💛 -tho I did cheat and sneak a clip from Unnatural I hadn't shared before since most new things aren't coming back til later 2026 😏 (and yeees, I've got a secondary edit that's less "music video" for submitting 🙃)

Included new work from #Superman, The A-Frame, Sighting, Unnatural, and our 48Hr Project ResonanceofSound

Officially get to say it.. I'm in the new Superman 💙❤️

Thank you @heymantalentagency and @angelaboehmcasting for the chance of a lifetime 🤗

Honestly thank you really isn't enough- I grew up a #DCGirl, with both Christopher Reeves and Tim Daly (The Animated Series) being my Supermans. If you haven't seen the new edition yet, David Corenswet deftly brings nostalgia and charm and strength through virtue without being invulnerable and perfect. Reeves would be proud to see how far the character has come, I think. Bravo to @jamesgunn and the entire team for a beautiful intro to the new wave of #DCU films. THANK YOU Mr. Gunn for having me on set!!

(And shoutout to Adam Hart and Lauren Shaw for being so welcoming and patient with me through it all!! 🙌)

This is your sign to get out and move today 🤘

Fall is coming, the air is cooling(#soon), and the best way to get out of your head is to go stare at some green & orange for an hour or two 🍃🍂

Perspective is everything...

I don't know about y'all- life has been a bit topsy turvy lately... but if I'm still here and getting seasick, at least the ship's still sailing? the ocean is the adventure, right? ..boat metaphors for no idea what reason.. blame C. Nolan..

And when in doubt, Time Warp 💋

#GiveForGood is TODAY!!

That means I need all my friends and fam to go chip in just $5 (the cost of 1 coffee) to the link in my stories! AMBO is one of only a very small number of non-profit dance companies in Louisville. Help support the growth of dance here as we raise funds to produce the 2nd Annual Kentucky Dance Festival!! Our inaugural year brought in artists from all over the country to share with our community.

Love you all- appreciate any support, even if it's just to pass on the link and spread the word. 🙂

Sharing pics from our 25/26 season closer: Well Behaved Womxn.

Thoroughly exhausted, but received my 13th #Villainerversary tee this week in celebration of one of the best family owned silk-screen pop-art companies that I have become addicted and loyal to over the past decade : @teevillain

I have discovered so many artists over the years as they have grown and shared their progress - it's a privilege to don these works of art on the daily. (And if you know me it is DAILY) Including a somewhat messy snapshot of ONE of my shelves..

Love to my #Villains- Girl Chained to the Desk, Basement Crony, Activity Girl, the League of Dobadders- and Happy 13th Year!!
