Sometimes you just need to drive up north to get some spring water & reflect on your story. I haven’t sat and stared in nature just thinking for a long time.

My spirit/soul is back. I’ve made new friends, I’ve said yes more, I express gratitude for everything I’ve learned through experience. I’ve been through more than many many people and I made it. I believe in myself and I have closed doors to those who choose to hurt, or enable those who hurt. I will never put myself in situations again. I will always find a way as I always have. But I won’t need to find a way anymore because for once I feel I am on the correct path with the correct mindset.
I choose kindness but also acknowledge the power in speaking your truth -sometimes the truth isn’t kind but it’s a real experience and that doesn’t make it any less real or ‘not in alignment with my current self’

They called me what they wanted I was what I was, I ran across the country to free myself from the hurt and the pain back home only to have it follow me across country to the same place. I looked for security through others when I needed to just believe in myself.

You can only be beat down so much until you either give up or dig deep. And as @jeffprobst says “you gotta dig” watching @survivorcbs me get through years of sadness. We all find something to help us cope and this was mine.

I have done the work to get my soul back you all saw it. You saw where I was and you can see where I’m at now. It’s night and day.
Please give your heart and time to those who nurture and cherish it. Otherwise protect it with everything you’ve got - for you could end up like me and take years to undo what was done. ❤️

✨Year FIVE with weird and wonderful ✨
Grateful. Grounded. Glittered in rhinestones and ready for more.
I’m so excited to welcome all the new cast members — can’t wait to build creative chaos together, dance ‘til we’re sore, lift each other up, and turn late nights into unforgettable memories. Here’s to friendships deepening, stages glowing, and a season full of movement, laughter, and magic. Let’s grow, let’s GO. 💋🔥

Thank you @bribridge & @cdirtt

Clownin’ in the streets, booked on the beat 🎪✨
Because when you know you’re the main character, the world becomes your stage.

Dancing to Fisher with joy in my joints and freedom in my feet — this is what alignment looks like. I’m street-trained, self-made, and soul-led. Every step, every spin, every smirk is part of the vision unfolding.

I’m not waiting on anything. I’m calling it in.
Big stages. Big energy. Big magic.

of course, you already know I’m going to shout out my lovely boss @bribridge and her right hand @cdirtt I’m grateful for everything this troupe has brought me. Community. Family. The drive to learn more techniques from others. It’s a really great group of people with wonderful leaders and I mean that. My mental health wasn’t great for a while as you all know, but weird and wonderful has always been consistent, and GOOD TO ME.

@relentlessbeats is a wonderful company to work for, truly.
