🎬 Ladies, this is not your average money workshop.💰

She Is Financially Fierce is a full theatrical experience, and the curtain rises Wednesday, October 28 at the State Theatre in Modesto. 🎭✨

Hosted by She Became in collaboration with MOCSE Credit Union, this night is for women ready to finally take control of their money:
💳 What your credit score is really saying about you
📉 The true cost of debt
🔓 Your plan to break free from it

And yes, it’s FREE. 🙌🏽

This is for women 18 and over who are done feeling stressed, stuck, or ashamed about money and are ready to step into their fierce era. 🔥

Seats in a theater are limited, and they WILL go fast. Don’t be the friend who hears about it after. 👀

👉🏽 Register now at the link in our bio
👯‍♀️ Tag the women you’re bringing. Fierce is better together.

Last month we held our second annual Ice Cream Social Fundraiser, and it was amazing! So many of you came out, we appreciated all who joined us.

This year, our manager Cristina told her personal story of drug abuse, recovery at Redwoods Family Center, and her journey working at Ice Cream Company and getting her life back. Many of us were brought to tears by her story. What her story shows is the incredible impact that employment opportunities can have on a person.

Cristina and everyone at Ice Cream Company are passionate about giving that kind of opportunity to others that also have barriers to employment. We want to thank our board of directors, donors and sponsors for making this year’s fundraiser a success. Thanks to you all, we will meet our goals of employment opportunities and training young adults with disabilities this winter.

A huge thank you to our sponsors MOCSE, Downey Park Family Dentistry, Porges Family Foundation and Fletcher Dentistry.

It’s Financial Planning Month! Consider these financial tips you may not have thought of…
• Sleep on it: For purchases over $50, wait 24 hours before buying to help avoid buyer’s remorse
• Invisible savings technique: Automatically transfer $2-$3 to a separate savings account every day
• Bank your subscriptions: Cancel an unused subscription and transfer the amount you were spending into savings each month

Looking for more personalized guidance? Stop by and talk with one of our Certified Financial Counselors. #FinancialPlanningMonth #FinancialWellness #MocseCares by @mocsecu

Scammers often rely on urgency, fear and convincing details to catch you off guard. Always take a moment to pause before sharing information or clicking a link. Instead of using the phone number or website provided in the message, contact the organization yourself using a trusted phone number or its official website to verify the request. A little caution can go a long way toward protecting your identity and accounts. 🔒 #ScamAwareness #MocseCares by @mocsecu

Today marks 25 years since the events of 9/11. We pause to remember those who lost their lives, and to honor the courage of the first responders and all who served in the days that followed. May we honor the fallen by never forgetting. #NeverForget #September11 #MocseCares by @mocsecu
