Running with my girls, watching their athletic mindset develop, and seeing them grow taller, stronger, and faster is a constant reminder to cherish every moment and every run.

As they keep developing and pushing their own limits, I have to keep pushing mine too. I want to stay fit and strong enough to run with them, challenge them, and be part of that journey for as long as I can.

Because I know the day will come when they’ll be faster and stronger than me, and keeping up won’t be so easy.

Until then, I’ll keep putting in the work and keep enjoying every kilometer we get together.

The more seriously we take life, the easier it is to overlook the little moments that bring us the most joy ✨😎

A little reminder to enjoy the moment and always count your blessings.

Some experiences are meant to pull us into the moment and no matter how much we try it cannot be explained and must be relived over and over again.

That is the world of ultra running whom the lucky ones stumble upon. ⛰️⚡️
