The Point Project

Recently completed in the sought-after Point Wells subdivision, this custom T-shaped barn-style home was designed with family living, privacy, and all day sun in mind. Sitting on a generous 1000m² site, the layout was carefully considered to maximise outdoor space and create room for a future pool and cabana

At 224m², the home feels expansive yet warm. Scissor trusses throughout the main living and dining zones creating space, while the T-shape helps separate bedrooms from shared spaces for a functional family flow by @modernbarnliving

A low-maintenance beach house perched right on the beachfront in the stunning Coromandel, New Zealand.

This project was all about embracing simplicity and celebrating connection. The brief was clear: take full advantage of the breathtaking views while creating a neutral “restful” palette keeping with a beach bach vibe. A hub for gatherings and entertaining, designed with the future in mind as a full-time residence. by @modernbarnliving

You don't need to spend big everywhere to get a home that feels elevated. Keep the design simple, save where it makes sense, then choose a few key features to really invest in. A handful of the right moments, done well, can lift the standard of the whole home without going overboard.
