This month’s @beautyheroes box was just what I needed! I needed an exfoliant to keep breakouts and dullness at bay for the summer and i also need a mist to set my makeup and bam! they appeared. I use a chemical exfoliant once a week for bright and clear skin and I love this one because it’s a 10 min mask. Perfect amount of time to take a shower. Usually these are shorter and you have to run to the bathroom so your face doesn’t burn off after the timer. This one is super effective but not irritating. The color and smell are lovely. I also loved this spray but even more as a makeup setter which i will be using it for. July box is a winner! Type smooth skin in comments and I will send you a link. what a great time a mom’s night out. hosted by @alyia4alx Thank you for letting me pamper moms at our mommy makeover station. my husband actually reintroduced me to yoga. i was in a very bad place super depressed and contemplating suicide. one day my husband came home and told me about a lovely studio he found. he talked to the owners an management and thought it was a great place for me. i went because i thought it was sweet that he did that but the experience changed me. as i melted into a puddle on the floor and cried during my class, i realized i just needed release and a new perspective and yoga gives you that every time you practice. EVERY SINGLE TIME. I am so honored to be a teacher now and hold space for others to do the same. Forever grateful. If you have never taken a yoga class. Please consider it. (Come to mine 😊).
