Just a friendly reminder to eat whatever the fuck you want this holiday season! 😋 In a society that is so focused on appearance and having the ‘picture perfect body’, I want to be a brand that constantly reminds us to be gentle on ourselves and love all that we are wholeheartedly because the reality is, we are all picture perfect. 🥹 I want to continue showing up and encouraging you to do just that. That is my #1 job here! Our health is so important we need to be taking care of the physical, mental and spiritual but we also need the balance in doing so. Don’t miss out on fun opportunities in life because someone or something doesn’t agree with it. Be a YES girl! Go get it! SUNNY days are C O M I N G !!!!! ☀️ ☀️ ☀️ I love summer! I love the sun! Sunshine in my life = a happier me. Sometimes I wonder what my life would look like if we lived somewhere warm all year ‘round but then I look around this magical island we call home and wonder how could we ever leave. 🤔 So, for now, we’ll stay put and look forward to brighter days ahead because dayuuuuum - I love the sun! #summer #vanisle #explore #travel #nature #adventure #getoutside #sunnydays #tofino #bc #beachdays by @modest.maverick
If you’re new here, hey! 👋 Thanks for spending some sweet moments with me as we walk through this thing we call life. Modest Maverick is a brand and lifestyle but more so, I feel like it’s a part of me. I don’t only create rad products, I show up and share a little piece of my heart along the way. It’s way cooler to me to inspire you than it is to sell you things (even though they are pretty sweet!) 😎 Keep on doing what makes you happy and life will continue to unfold just as it should. Thanks for being here. Xo by @modest.maverick

When was the last time you gave yourself intentional time and space to just. be. This is why we’ve created Disconnect to Reconnect, a yoga and wellness retreat happening March 4-7 @middlebeachlodge in Tofino, BC Four days to slow down. To breathe a little deeper. To remember what it feels like to be truly present. Your time. Your space. Your reset. First of all, if I can run a business anyone can. 😆 I have had new products in my shop for months and just can’t bring myself (thank you ADHD) to putting them online. So, this is me making a post so that now I have to because there is a rush, timeline and y’all are counting on me. 😆 New products launching this weekend: 👉🏽 TWO new Tofino Beach Blankets !!! Yes — 2! And I haven’t launched a new one in years so this is huge. 👉🏽 Remember those cute mugs we did years ago with the candle inside? Yup, we did those again thanks to Angela at @tofinosoapco 👉🏽 If I can get my shit together in time, I’m going to launch a beautiful new ceramic dinner set collection that just arrived because I decided I can do whatever I want with this business and that’s cool. 🤷🏽‍♀️ 👉🏽 NEW ponchos with a NEW design! 👉🏽 NEW floral cotton blanket Launching Sunday at 6pm PST and a bunch of other fun things coming. Sleep masks are making their way back, sunglass cases, new quilted Christmas stockings and Christmas decor and the Van Isle Candle set that I can’t wait to show you. And now I’m going to cry because holy crap — I have a lot of work to do. 😆 by @modest.maverick
I mean, I could have written the song myself. Great lyrics. 👏 👏 👏 by @modest.maverick
