Furniture that feels expensive is rarely about one standout feature and more about the smaller design details working together: proportion, materials, how a piece is finished and functions day to day.

Once you start noticing them, you can’t unsee it. taken in Miami, Florida by @modloft

Not everything that looks modern is easy to live with. At Modloft, the details are what make the difference: proportion, scale, and how a piece settles into a space. We take a more thoughtful approach to modern furniture, designed to last and feel as good as it looks over time. taken in Miami, Florida by @modloft

Inspired by coastal architecture, the Clifton Collection is defined by strong silhouettes, balanced proportions, and materials built for outdoor performance. Each piece is designed with structure and restraint, where durability doesn’t compete with design, backed by materials made to last. The result is a collection that feels elevated, intentional, and made to hold up beautifully over time. by @modloft

The Modloft Trade Program was contrived to support the full design process, from initial sourcing through final installation, with the tools and service professionals rely on.

For designers, having the right partner means fewer obstacles, more clarity, and a process that holds up from the first selection to final installation. That’s what the Modloft Trade Program is built to support, with dedicated service, flexible sourcing, and tools that make decisions easier at every stage.

For clients, it’s the reason working with a designer leads to a more considered result. Every piece is selected within a larger plan, with attention to how it fits, functions, and comes together as a whole.

Designers can apply to join the Modloft Trade Program to access exclusive partnership benefits and sourcing support. taken in Miami, Florida by @modloft

Our performance upholstery is designed to handle the moments that usually make people nervous about lighter pieces. Spills stay on the surface instead of soaking in, cleanups take seconds, and the fabric holds up to everyday use without losing its look or feel.

You don’t have to think twice about actually living on it. by @modloft
