If you live in #lagosnigeria🇳🇬 , I am certain you would have experienced something similar to this story. I voiced the “minira malt” vendor. I have experienced those vendors, and pulled it off just by recalling how I listen to them hawk their wares 😂. You can listen on all platforms: Spotify, YouTube, Apple Podcasts. Just search #danfoseries and you’re good to go. Happy Twos-day! #voiceacting #audiodrama #nigerianaccent taken in Lagos, Nigeria by @modupearoks

In Nigeria, going “live” is beyond wearing a big smile, looking into the camera and talking to people across multiple geographical regions. I’ve shared a few things I put in place when I get booked for a virtual event. Am I missing anything else? Do share in the comments. Getting myself into the #vomode be like this 😎. My plan at the end of 2025 was to have a demo (general). However, in February I sat in a class and had a change of perspective- I needed specific genre demos. Here I am, working on one. I look forward to listening to the finished work. I hope this encourages you to re-strategize when necessary and keep going. You can do this! Happy new week! #newweek #voicetalent #recordingbooth #openforwork taken in Nigeria by @modupearoks

I went to Lagos Comic Con, and I wasn’t prepared for the #enegry 😳. The costumes/characters, the turn out was impressive and massive. I loveeeddd it. Lagos people do know how to dress up. There is a whole world for comic and animation lovers, and I’m glad I went. Thanks to the organizers of this event 👏🏾👌🏾. Enjoy the clips and pictures with my fellow #womeninvoiceovers @thetoribrown @gift_ekekwe @ajalanene @auras_voice What project are you looking to put human voice to? I’m available for bookings. Every time I say, “I am a voiceover artist/I do voiceovers”, people would ask, “what is that?” Here’s a video, with a brief explanation. You hear voiceovers daily, you may not just realize it. So next time you hear an AD, listen to an audio book, play a game, listen to an audio profile during a conference- remember that someone like me voiced it.
