I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. My help cometh from the Lord, which made heaven and earth.

May our light shine through in every room we walk in !

I’m still lifting weights but i forget to show it 😂

Day after game lift .. Still wanna be strong one day ..

Super simple lift just trying to stay healthy and prevent injuries. Most people will do active recovery or just a simple rest day but that doesn’t sit well with me . I have to put my body under a light load of stress heading into the weekend and to prepare myself mentally and physically for the next week’s heavy lifts.

Front squat 4x5
Backwards sled walk 4 sets
Kettlebell swings 3x8
Trap Deadlift 3x5
Landmine lunge/squat 3x3-5ea

2nd Upper body lift of the week
Trying to change the way I lift creating a new program that will limit my time in the gym but increase the intensity. The main lift or compound exercises will start @80% of 1RM and increase each week for reps! Limiting sets to 4 for each prime mover and reps no higher than 5. The accessory movement will be capped around 6 trying to increase the weight within those lifts as well ! Hopefully some big number will come soon! If you need a plan, exercises, or wanna know the accessories, or how I’m recovering feel free to hit the dm 🤲🏾🫡

Happy Monday to all the benchers today !!

When you can’t stay motivated stay consistent!! This is my process of 365 it wasn’t always light or moving fast these reps used to be terrible and hips would be off the bench. Just remember this is all part of your journey and your grind fall in love with it and be amazed where you end up!
Talking to @quinten.14 today just reminded me that greatness is all of us it’s just your mindset and how you view things! If you want it as bad as you wanna breathe you’ll be successful! Only then never befor!!
