And for my final act, I present to you Last Call: An Ode To Tha People.

Within this menu, I took the components of everyday conversations from my guests’ experiences, their preferences, their cravings, and how THEY wanted their drinks. These five cocktails represent dedication, connection, creativity, and most importantly, the people who gave me a reason to keep creating. Every pour, every garnish, every flavor has a conversation attached to it. This isn’t just a cocktail menu, this my THANK YOU to you and the community that helped build Tha Room.

To everyone who pulled up, sat at my bar, told me your story, challenged me to create something different, laughed with me, drank with me, and allowed me to be Jsleep, Tha People’s Bartender

Last night at Freida’s HTX @moelifendrinks curated a Cocktail Class, “The Perfect Pour.”

Guests were welcomed into an immersive evening of tequila education and experience, starting with 5 signature welcome shots sponsored by Casa Maestri, followed by a guided mixology session featuring 3 tequila-based cocktails crafted throughout the class.

The room stayed lively from start to finish laughter, connection, and a hands-on experience centered around culture and craft.
