A dish so close to my heart.. stir fry noodles🥰

The childhood dish that was elevated with love heres how we did it..
Noodles were cooked al dente then tossed in a sweet chili glaze that included thai chilies, brown sugar, soy, & toasted sesame oil. This was a veggie packed winner that included mixed mushrooms, sugar snap peas, cabbage & water chestnuts not the mention it was tossed with grilled gochujang marinated shrimp to have with every bite 😉 this dish was garnished with fresh scallions, crispy onions, toasted sesame & a dash of togorashi for the culture.

This was simply a bomb ass dish. Thank you for your love every I appreciate you 🤞🏾❤️

SMASH BURGER 🥰

A long awaited menu item just needed the most beautiful weather to bring it out ❤️
One thing about us WE LOVE BURGERS here at Moes so we had to give it the respect it deserves.
Here we have a double patty SMASH burger with crunchy bits on each bite, we used classy american & beautiful mozzarella for that cheese pull action, crispy free range egg, fresh dollop of guacamole & some crispy turkey bacon because we can.. not to mention the burger was smothered in a delicious chipotle garlic aioli & served on a beautifully toasted challah roll courtesy of our friends @cobshighridge who’s ALWAYS holding it down for us ❤️

Thank you to everyone for your continued support in making our dreams come to life. Much love see you soon ❤️
