I’m beyond grateful for the opportunity to serve my peers, support staff, and represent this institution as an ambassador.

Thank you to everyone who trusted me and allowed me to lead. Serving is something I truly love, and I will never take that for granted.

On April 24, 2022, I witnessed my friend pass away due to a drive by shooting. Two months later, I started Ram Training Camp carrying fear, anxiety, and trauma I never truly had the chance to overcome.

But God.

That is all I can say, but God. Four years later, who would have thought I would become one of the highest forms of an ambassador for my illustrious institution, an institution that, by the grace of God, saw potential in me even when life felt heavy.

When I arrived at Huston–Tillotson University in the summer of 2022, I never imagined I would become this. To all Rams and future Rams, let this be a testimony of what God and good fRAMily can do. If you extend your hand and accept the blessings, mentorship, and opportunities given to you, success can follow no matter your background or where you come from.

HT, thank you for the memories, mentorship, love, and for believing in my leadership. ❤️💛🐏

On March 10, 2024, I chose to be baptized based on my own limited understanding. I believed in Christ, saw others take that step, and thought it was simply what I should do.

After my first baptism, I drifted even further from God. I did not truly have a relationship with Him before, and nothing changed after because I did not fully understand the meaning behind what I had done.

Today, March 29, 2026, I have made the decision to be baptized again with true understanding, a firm foundation, and a heart rooted in Christ. I am forever grateful for Jesus, who died to offer mercy, grace, and forgiveness over my life.

God is waiting on you. You are never too far gone to restore or begin the relationship you were created to have.
