Being a father to my two boys is my greatest blessing and biggest responsibility. Every lesson I teach them comes from the foundation my father gave me.

The “Real Reason” Your Curls Didn’t Survive the Lift ⬇️

Going blonde shouldn’t be a funeral for your curl pattern. Most stylists were taught that “lift is lift,” but for textured hair, the wrong chemistry is a death sentence. When you use standard lighteners, you aren’t just removing pigment—

you’re destroying the architecture of the hair.
Here are 3 reasons why traditional bleaches fail your curls:

1. The “Flash Lift” Destruction
Most products use high-alkalinity formulas designed to rip the cuticle open fast. This aggressive “flash lifting” creates irreversible “blowouts” in the hair shaft, leaving your curls limp, stringy, and unable to snap back. Higher volume developer isn’t always the answer.

2. Moisture Evacuation
Traditional bleaching is an exothermic reaction that sucks out the internal moisture (medulla and cortex hydration). While other brands try to “add” moisture back with heavy oils after the damage is done, it’s often too late. You need a system that hydrates while it lifts.

3. Lack of Structural Support
High-lift blonde often leaves the hair hollow. Most bleaches lack the molecular weight to fill the gaps they create. Without a delivery system—like vegetable collagen and micro-pigmented capsules—to reinforce the hair while the pigment is being removed, the strand simply collapses.
