Mental Health Awareness Week 2026 šŸŽ—ļø

This week, October 4–10, we recognize the importance of listening, supporting and creating safe spaces for honest conversations about mental health.

Under the theme ā€œLived Experiences Heard: Real Voices, Real Change,ā€ we encourage everyone to check in with a friend, family member or colleague, learn the signs of common mental health challenges, share messages of support and seek help when needed.

Your voice matters. Your story matters. Your mental health matters.

Sometimes, one minute can make a difference. ā¤ļø

Spen’ a minute with your child. Ask how they’re really doing. Listen to what they have to say. Guide them without judgement. Be present.

In a world where young people are constantly navigating new experiences, pressures and challenges, staying connected matters.

You don’t always need to have all the answers. Sometimes, they just need to know that you’re there.

Talk. Listen. Guide. Stay connected.
