I had the absolute best weekend in Melbourne for the PAA conference! Not enough photos were taken to capture it all and the fabulous friends both old and new. There were big fan girl moments and also scary/exciting ones of stepping into the person I want to be. Pilates is the best! by @moira_moves

Pilates is brilliant and can do so much good, but HOW it’s delivered is so important. This statement by Deborah Lessen hits true for me because it articulates; - That good teacher training is so important to know and understand the method, current movement science and how to apply it to different bodies. - This is why teaching group classes is so challenging. A good teacher will be watching and adjusting FOR THE INDIVIDUAL. One size does not fit all. - And if you are not experiencing Pilates that is tailored or adjusted to you, then you need a better teacher. #pilates #soapbox #rant #movement #pilatesteacher #greatteachers #exercise by @moira_moves
A happy tree to make you smile! I came across this guy on my walk today and I think he needs a name. Any suggestions? Peace and love to you. Have an amazing, successful week! 💪🏼 #tree #happytree #smile #movement #dailywalk #needsaname by @moira_moves
