Time Will Tell

There was a time when I thrived at lightspeed trying to catch up on everything in life, took care of everyone needing support and would wake up the next morning and worry/do the same things over again but even more, because why would I not try my absolute best?

Then it started adding up: my body asked me to stand still with two heavy surgeries, a goodbye to a beautiful person, several headaches,stress, etc. And this all together with a long distance from my biggest passion and from the version of myself I thought I knew.

And then there was no way out, I had to listen to myself and slow the fuck down.

Somewhere in that stillness, I found this song again. It followed me through seasons of becoming. A quiet reminder that not everything arrives when we ask it to. Some things heal slowly. Some things find you when the time is right.

And somehow, I see all of that in these images: the darkness, the movement, the freedom of finding your way back to yourself and then the quietness of just enjoying the present and everything around.

And then there is us.

A love growing, somewhere between all the chaos. Not chasing tomorrow, not asking time for answers. Just being here. Now. Together.

I don’t know what the future has written for us yet but maybe time will tell.. by @moiracapo

Being on stage with so many talented dancers was such a special experience and one I’ll never forget.

A huge thank you to @cdkcompany and everyone involved: Our teachers, choreographers, fellow dancers, and everyone behind the scenes. Thank you for creating these amazing memories and opportunities I could only dream of as a kid.
