Dear Moriah,

As I prepare to turn 31, I want to take a moment to truly look at you not just where you are today, but everything you have overcome, accomplished, learned, and grown through to get here.

Moriah, I am so proud of you.

This year has shown me a different version of myself. I have stepped into spaces I once prayed for. I have taken chances, built relationships, created opportunities, served my community, and continued to pursue the vision God placed inside of me. I have grown professionally, personally, spiritually, and emotionally.

I have learned that I don’t have to have everything figured out to know that I am moving in the right direction.

I have learned to trust myself more.
I have learned to protect my peace.
I have learned that every closed door isn’t a loss. Sometimes it’s God’s protection.
I am becoming the woman I once prayed to become.
Moriah you NEVER GAVE UP 🫵🏾
☝🏾 You didn’t give up on your dreams.
☝🏾You didn’t give up on your purpose.
☝🏾You didn’t give up on yourself.
🫵🏾You kept showing up.

As I enter 31,
31 is different.

This chapter is about peace.
It’s about growth.
It’s about smiling more.
It’s about enjoying the woman I am becoming instead of constantly worrying about who I still need to be.

I want to CELEBRATE myself more. I want to give myself grace. I want to walk confidently into every room knowing that I belong there. I want to continue building, creating, loving, serving, and becoming everything God has called me to be.

Moriah, you have accomplished more than you sometimes give yourself credit for. Don’t minimize your journey because you are still working toward your next level.

You are already a testimony.

So here’s to 31.

Here’s to new beginnings.
Here’s to answered prayers.
Here’s to unexpected blessings.
Here’s to healthier relationships.
Here’s to financial growth.
Here’s to purpose.
Here’s to peace.
Here’s to genuine smiles.
Here’s to becoming not perfect, but better, wiser, stronger, and more confident.

May 31 be the year I stop questioning whether I am worthy and start walking boldly in what I know I deserve.
