I've been thinking a lot about what #MissAmericaFit means to me, especially as a plus size titleholder.

I'm so proud to be part of a new generation of titleholders proving that Miss America Fit is not a clothing size or a number on the scale.

Miss America Fit is about showing up for yourself and your future every day, even when it's hard. It's about doing what you can every day, even if it's not as much as you could yesterday.

Miss America Fit is about finding joy in movement. For me, that's through dance and color guard. I have loved dance since I was a little kid and color guard gave me purpose in some of my darkest days.

Miss America Fit is about getting up every time you fall, even if it's three times on a single hike. (True story, I am very bruised!) It's about enduring discomfort and facing challenges, even when you feel like giving up. taken in Vermont by @mokahend_

I can't believe it's been TEN DAYS since Miss Vermont weekend! I had so much fun on the stage, and I am honored to receive the Orange Ribbon Project scholarship.

I can't wait to see what Hannah and Zoey do in their year as Miss Vermont and Miss Vermont's Teen! So much love for the MVSO Class of 2026.

I had my first appearance as Miss Metropolitan Area yesterday at the Rutland Halloween Parade! It was such an honor to carry the banner (literally) with my amazing teen and one of our wonderful Jr. Miss Red Clovers.

It was great fun to dress up as a 1960's inspired Barbie doll and spend time with the Miss Vermont Class of 2026. 🩷 taken in Rutland , Vermont by @mokahend_
