Honored to have presented our research paper at the Academy of International Business – Latin America and the Caribbean Chapter (AIB-LAC) Conference alongside my coauthors @_gorgeousjuju_ @mzbeauteefull_ and @Yiding.

We had the opportunity to present our research exploring how multinational enterprises navigate institutional diversity and innovation in global talent sourcing. Being selected to present this work was truly a privilege.

This moment marks the beginning of a deeper journey in academia and research focused on organizations and global markets. Sometimes the most powerful realization is recognizing that you belong in the room and when you do, you show up with presence and purpose.

As this year comes to an end, I’m grateful.
There were highs, and there were lows.
Moments of joy, and moments that stretched me.

💐Vulnerability is something that seems to be a luxury I can’t afford. Life had taught me to guard the parts of me that I once trusted freely. In that quiet space, I found something sacred: writing.

It’s always been mine, strategic in business plans, clear in contracts, personal in devotionals. But mostly, it stayed hidden. Safe. Unseen. Only a select few in my circle even knew how much I loved it. It was safer that way. No risk of being misunderstood. No fear of my words being taken out of context.

But God doesn’t leave us hidden when He’s called us for something greater.

Lately, He’s been stretching me asking for my yes, even when it’s uncomfortable. And after years of holding back, I’m finally surrendering to the call to write publicly. Not for applause, but for obedience.

This newsletter (Oil for the Called) is a small beginning but it’s a significant act of trust. (see the link in my bio)
