Hi Queens! 🤍

A little about the woman behind this page…

I’m a mama, a wife, a woman of faith, and a woman who believes motherhood doesn’t mean losing yourself. It can be the season where you meet an even stronger version of yourself. ✨

This little corner of the internet is for the Women pouring everything into the people they love, while learning to pour back into themselves, too. 🤍

We’re talking motherhood, fitness, beauty, fashion, wellness, faith, big goals — and probably a little millennial nostalgia along the way. 🤭

I’m so glad you’re here. 🫶🏽

Now tell me something about YOU so I can get to know my Queens too! 🥰

Fast, slow, or somewhere in between… just keep moving. Any motion is better than no motion. 💪🏽

Motherhood will stretch you, humble you, and bring you to your knees in ways you never expected. 🤍

And in the moments when you feel like you can’t carry it all, remember—you were never meant to.

Mom to mom… just run to Jesus. Give Him the worry, the exhaustion, the mom guilt, the fear—all of it. He’ll meet you right where you are. 🕊️

You don’t have to be the perfect mom. Just keep showing up, loving those babies, and leaning on Him. God is growing you, too.🤍

🎂❤️ Happy Birthday to my Beautiful @molina22 , the love of my life! ❤️🎂

I thank God every day for blessing me with you. You’re not only my partner and my best friend, but also the most amazing mother to our two baby boys. Watching you love, care for, and nurture our little family makes me fall in love with you more every single day.

Thank you for being the heart of our family, for all the love you give us, and for making our lives so beautiful. Our boys and I are so lucky to have you. You mean more to me than words could ever explain, and I hope today reminds you how deeply loved, appreciated, and special you are.

You are my today, my tomorrow, and my forever. I would choose you over and over again in every lifetime.

Happy Birthday, my love! May God bless you with happiness, health, peace, and all the beautiful things your heart deserves. We love you endlessly, Mommy!

Mom life, workouts, errands… I need leggings that can keep up with ALL of it. 🤭

These @fankaofficial Body Sculpt Leggings 2.0 give me the perfect mix of compression, tummy control + support while still being comfortable enough to wear all day. I love that sculpted, held-in feeling without feeling squeezed.

Because being a mama doesn’t mean we stop showing up for ourselves! 👑

Motherhood changes you in the most beautiful ways, but it doesn’t mean you have to lose yourself along the way.

Somewhere between raising babies, caring for everyone else, and navigating all the different seasons of motherhood, it’s easy to put yourself last.

But Queens, you’re allowed to love being a mama AND still want to feel beautiful, confident, strong, and like YOU. 👑

Taking care of yourself doesn’t take away from the mother you are. It reminds you that you matter, too.

Because the woman you were before motherhood? She’s still there. Just growing, evolving, and becoming an even stronger version of herself. ✨

To the mama finding her confidence again, I hope you never forget that you’re worthy of the same love and care you pour into everyone else. 🤍

POV: you’re somebody’s mama AND still that girl 👑

10 months postpartum and I finally hit my goal weight AND my pre-pregnancy weight. 🥹✨

Now the goal isn’t getting smaller—it’s getting stronger. 💪🏽 Still have toning and building to do, but I’m so proud of how far I’ve come.

Motherhood looks good on us, Queens. 🤍

Queen, the words you speak over your life matter. 🤍

Stop speaking defeat over the very things you’re praying for. Speak life. Speak faith. Speak hope—even when you can’t see what God is doing yet.

Some battles aren’t won by fighting harder… they’re won on your knees.

Keep praying. Keep believing. God hears you. 🤍

Send this to a Queen who needs this reminder today. ✨
