Dear MoMath friends,We are thrilled to announce that the National Museum of Mathematics (MoMath) will be moving into a new, expanded home. In the 12 years since we opened our inaugural space, the Museum has become an unparalleled place for math engagement, playing an important role in the cultural landscape of New York City. MoMath is recognized as a unique and vibrant place for learning and discovery for visitors of all ages and backgrounds, and it has been praised around the world for innovative and engaging exhibits and programs. Now, the Museum is poised to move into its next phase of development by opening a modern new facility at 635 Sixth Avenue, just a half mile from our current location. Scheduled to open in early 2026, MoMath 2.0 will provide more room for innovative exhibits, educational programs, and immersive experiences that will inspire curiosity, creativity, and a love of math for years to come. With more than two dozen new exhibits joining the current suite of much-loved MoMath favorites, twice as many classrooms, a center for early learners, a state-of-the art presentation area, and room for meetings, conferences, parties, and seated dinners for more than 300 people, MoMath's new space is being designed to make math come alive like never before. We can't wait to welcome you to our new home and look forward to sharing our expansion journey as it unfolds over the coming year.Thank you very much for your commitment and support. by @momath1

We visited MoMath again with my daughter, seriously one of our favorite museums! ❤️ We’ve been here before, but every time we come, there’s always something fun to try and explore. So many interactive activities for kids. They can play, experiment, and learn without even realizing they’re learning! 😄🧮We always have such a great time here! ❤️ I definitely recommend visiting this museum with your kids! @momath1 #momath by @momath1
