If you’re into flavourful, sweet and savoury popcorn, you should definitely try EATABLE popcorn! They have many flavours and they are now celebrating Disney’s Moana movie with Polynesian inspired gourmet popcorn snack that is great for parties, at home or on the go!

This limited edition popped culture popcorn is called “Tropical tides” and tastes sweet and salty with flavours of sweet mango, toasted coconut, and sea salt. Bold taste ! I particularly love that there’s nothing artificial, gluten free and vegan.

Our family couldn’t stop reaching for it. We finished two bags in two days.

Breakouts and pimples can happen, but I’m not as worried because I can use pimple patches! This one here is the PanOxyl’s daytime invisible patches that contain salicylic acid. It absorbs the gunk, exfoliates dead skin from the pimple, and covers/protects it. I always touch and I cannot stop! This can be worn all day and there’s a good amount in the package. My girls filled my cup today! We all have the same day off and we met up for a morning hike, delicious lunch, and matcha ice cream ! Super grateful for nice warm days like today. L’Occitane’s softening shower oil makes my skin feel so soft, refreshed and clean! I apply the oil on damp skin and when mixed with water, it becomes a milky lather. It’s a gentle cleanse & rinses easily. . It feels very luxurious and has a nice light scent. It took a while to learn and experience that we are all replaceable- work wise. I’m going to take it in all the experiences and enjoy vacations every year. One of the things I incorporate into my daily routine is journalling! It gives my life clarity, mindfulness and gratitude. The gratitude journal is super simple- just list 3 things. The 5 year journal was more of a splurge. I can keep track of improvements and changes for 5 years on the same page. It’s more of a summary journal because each date is with a few lines. @kosas - my current fragrance free roll on deodorant with AHA serum. It soothes skin, brightens, stain-free! It does feel different than the traditional deodorant. Feels a bit wet before it dries.
