Some days I’m channeling my inner Martha Stewart… other days, I’m just trying not to cry into a pile of laundry. 🧺 🤷‍♀️

Motherhood isn’t one-size-fits-all, and neither is my mood when my husband walks through that door. Thanks hormones😏

Maybe healing looks less like "having it all together" and more like finally giving yourself permission to slow down.
