A little late here, but over the weekend we were in the @bostonglobefood , thank you @kcbaskin!

It’s always fun to see the shop through someone else’s eyes, especially the BG’s!

We are so proud of our little outpost in Brighton, the big patio is off the street + made for lounging. We have the best neighbors here. Good for kids big + small + adult-sized too. Our neighbors have Snowcones! Sake! Pots of Tea! The best pizza! Good beer! Even a perfect hair trim?! by @mommascambridge

We had to… these little tote are cut, sewn + printed in NH along side the big Momma’s totes. They hold a magnum of Riesling really well, they are good for bears, kids, adults, gifts + cats. by @mommascambridge

September… when almost everything is in season at the same time in New England. It’s like drinking from the fire hose.

Try things, try anything.
Peaches + tomatoes can be together.
Potatoes + radicchio. (Yes, potatoes have a season).
Sage + peppers.

Things change all the time, at our shop we almost never have the same thing twice. People come + go + though we miss every iteration of Momma’s, it’s the people who work here every day, their intersection with each other, with the veggies, with you, that make it a mark in time, a brief one.

The time is now for tomatoes, these are all grown by Kitchen Garden Farm + they are spectacular + perfect + when it’s snowing, or worse, just cold, you’ll think of this summer tomato.

We are searching for a General Manager for Momma’s. It’s a job full of joyful people, love, schlepping veggies, dumping sprinkles everywhere, petting dogs, bleary-eyed cleaning, hugs + the best food/farmers in the Northeast, with the best team. We are patient in our searching, we are asking everyone we know.
